As a result of the increase in the agricultural area in the lands of the Arab Republic of Egypt, it has become necessary to provide the latest methods and modern equipment for agriculture with its various requirements, which are represented in the following:
1- Testing, reclamation and soil preparation.
2- The use of modern agricultural equipment that facilitates the cultivation of large agricultural areas using less time, cost and labor.
3- The use of modern irrigation methods, which are compatible with the types of crops.
4- Combating pests and diseases of agricultural crops using the latest methods and modern equipment.
5- Spraying agricultural fertilizers using the latest methods.
AgriT for Agriculture Technology focuses on two areas:
1- Combat of pests and diseases of agricultural crops, whether in open fields with short herbaceous cultivations (wheat, barley, alfalfa, cotton, potato, etc.) or in orchards and gardens that contain trees of all kinds and stages of growth (grapes, citrus fruits, apples, olives, palms and others).
2- Providing crops with fertilizers and agricultural tonics to develop crop production using the latest global spraying equipment.
The focus was on the following points:
The most important features of modern spraying equipment:
1- Save time spent on spraying.
2- Saving manpower, which saves the high financial cost.
3- Spraying in large areas where it is difficult to deploy a large number of individuals.

Factors and objectives used to increase spray efficiency:
1- Reducing the droplet size on the surface of the plant.
2- Increasing the number of drops on the surface of the plant leaf.
3- Distribute the spray regularly on the surface of the plant leaf.
4- Reducing the loss of chemicals in the air or on the surface of the earth by directing the spray completely and accurately on the surface of the plant by diversifying in the forms and types of equipment that are commensurate with the shape, size and type of the plant.
5- Reducing the surface tension of the spray drop, which reduces the spread of the drop on the surface of the plant.
Mounted Type 800 lt.Manure Sprayer Vertical Mixer
It is used to spray organic fertilizers in agricultural lands using a hydraulic method.
Usage: Spraying organic fertilizers in agricultural lands by hydraulic method.
Tank: Capacity 800 liters
Cylinders: (2) cylinders, each cylinder has 4 blades
Mixer: Vertical.
Distribution distance: 24 meters.
Dimensions: Length 140 cm – Width 213 cm – Height 130 cm

Other equipment can be provided with different capacities from (600 to 1500) liters to suit different areas.
It is a tool used to spray agricultural equipment and agricultural fertilizers for crops in fields and open farms planted with short herbaceous plants such as (wheat, barley, alfalfa, cotton, potatoes….. etc.), this modern equipment has two arms with a nozzles fixed on it for what it does From saving the chemicals used, as the quantity of 100 liters of the chemical (diluted) is sufficient to spray an entire acre . This equipment is divided in terms of the area of cultivated land into two types:
Tractor Mounted Boom Sprayers
It is used in open fields with small and medium spaces, and it is an equipment mounted on a tractor by a fixed points and it consists of an iron frame with the following installed on it:
1- A polyethylene tank for chemicals liquid, a capacity of (600 or 800) liters, it is equipped with an exciter to stir the chemical liquid for good mixing and not to precipitate the chemicals at the bottom of the tank.
2- A pure water tank to clean the user’s hands and tools.
3- The main tank filled automatically with a filter.
4- An external filter from the tank to the rest of the connections and nozzles with a one-way protection valve.
5- Spray arm with a length of (12 or 16) meters, from steel coated with anti-corrosion paint, which is individually open and folded manually.
6- Height of the spray arm adjusted hydraulically.
7- Spray arm carry a uni-jet anti-drip plastic nozzles.
8- Diaphragm Pump with pressure of 45 bar, flow rate of 71 liter/min and rpm of 540 r/min takes its motion from the tractor engine by a cardan shaft.
9- Pressure control unit of 3 outlets for good distribution on the equipment.
Trailed Boom Sprayers
It is used in open lands with large areas because the equipment is characterized by a large tank and a long spray arm, installed on a heavy iron chassis carried on two wheels. This chassis is towed behind a tractor with an appropriate capacity and consists of the following:
1- Heavy iron chassis coated with anti-corrosion paint, equipped with a drawbar that can be changed in length and width.
3- A tank of polyethylene for the chemicals liquid, a capacity of 3000 liters, installed on the chassis and equipped with an agitator to stir the chemical liquid for good mixing and not to precipitate the chemicals at the bottom of the tank.
4- A pure water tank to clean the user’s hands.
5- Additional tank for gastric lavage.
6- The main tank filled automatically with a filter.
7- An external filter from the tank to the external connections and nozzles with a one-way protection valve.
8- Steel spray arm coated with anti-corrosion paint with a length of 18 meters, and it is opened and folded hydraulically.
9- Height of the spray arm adjusted hydraulically.
10- The spray arm is equipped with uni-jet anti-drip plastic nozzles that suit the spray flowrate and pressure.
11- Diaphragm Pump with pressure of 50 bar, flow rate of 145 liter/min and rpm of 540 r/min takes its motion from the tractor engine by a cardan shaft.
12- Pressure control unit of 5 outlets for good distribution on the equipment.
It is an equipment used in orchards and gardens to spray fruit trees, grape fields, citrus fruits, olives, etc. It is equipped with a spray fan to give strength, speed and good spread of the pesticide on the plant. The fan with narrow spray nozzles fixed around it.
The fan is inside a metal frame that has different shapes in line with the type of trees sprayed and provides higher efficiency in spraying and ensuring that the spray reaches all surfaces of plants and reduces the loss resulting from manual spraying. It is used to spray grape fields, orchards, citrus trees, olives, small and medium trees. In terms of land area, there are two types:
Tractor Mounted Mistblower
It is used in small and medium spaces, it is an equipment mounted on a tractor by a fixed points and it consists of an iron frame coated with anti-corrosion paint, the following installed on it:
1- A polyethylene tank for chemicals, with a capacity of (600 or 800) liters and equipped with an agitator to stir the chemical liquid for good mixing and no chemical precipitation.
2- A pure water tank for washing the hands and tools of the user.
3- An additional tank to clean the equipment.
4- The main tank filled automatically with a filter.
5- An external filter from the tank to the rest of the connections and nozzles with a one-way protection valve.
6- Diaphragm Pump with pressure of 50 bar, flow rate of 145 liter/min and rpm of 540 r/min takes its motion from the tractor engine by a cardan shaft.
7- Distribution fan with gearbox of two speeds inside galvanized iron frame.
8- Pressure control unit of 2 outlets for good distribution on the equipment
9- Anti-drip brass nozzles installed on the ends of the fan body can be rotated around its axis in order to adjust short and long distances.
Trailed Mistblower
It is used in orchards having medium trees and is towed behind a tractor, it is a heavy iron chassis, equipped with wheels and a drawbar, the equipment is installed on it as follows:
1- A tank of polyethylene for the chemical substance, a capacity of (1000 – 2000) liters as needed, installed on the chassis and equipped with an agitator to stir the chemical liquid for good mixing and so that it does not sink to the bottom.
2- Heavy iron chassis coated with anti-corrosion paint, equipped with a rotatable drawbar that can be changed in length and width.
3- A pure water tank to clean the user’s hands and tools.
4- An additional tank to clean the equipment.
5- The main tank filled automatically with a filter.
6- An external filter from the tank to the rest of the connections and spray nozzles, equipped with a one-way protection valve.

Trailed Tower Mistblower
It is used in orchards having medium and high trees for example fruits, citrus and olives, this equipment is towed behind a tractor, it is a heavy iron chassis, equipped with wheels and a drawbar, the equipment is installed on it as follows:
1- A tank of polyethylene for the chemical substance, a capacity of (1000 or 2000) liters as needed, installed on the chassis and equipped with an agitator to stir the chemical liquid for good mixing and not to precipitate the chemicals at the bottom of the tank.

Trailed Cannon Robotic Mistblower
It is used in orchards having high trees and palms, it has a robotic head that can rotate horizontally and vertically and sprays for a high distance and height, this equipment is towed behind a tractor, it is a heavy iron chassis, equipped with wheels and a drawbar, the equipment is installed on it as follows:
1- A tank of polyethylene for the chemical substance, a capacity of (1000 or 2000) liters as needed, installed on the chassis and equipped with an agitator to stir the chemical liquid for good mixing and not to precipitate the chemicals at the bottom of the tank.
2- Heavy iron chassis coated with anti-corrosion paint, equipped with a rotatable drawbar that can be changed in length and width.
3- A pure water tank to clean the user’s hands and tools.

10- Cannon fan with two speeds controlled by a gearbox.
11- Spraying range reaches to 45 meter in horizontal distance and 25 meter in height.
12- The horse power of required tractor is 80 hp.
