Cattle Farm Systems
Prevent Your Cattle From Suffering With Heat stress :
Heat stress happens in animals when there is problem in thermo-regulation. When there is an imbalance between heat production (gain) within the body and its dissipation (loss) from the body .
A cool cow is a comfortable cow and a comfortable cow eats more and produces more milk. Air movement improves herd comfort, increases milk production and decreases the occurrence of reproductive issues and diseases.
Cattle Cooling System
Cattle cooling System is suitable for lowering the temperatures in barns and prevents heat stress for your animals.
Climate Control
Climate Control based on temperature (T) & relative humidity (Rh) and Use both values to control fans and spray cooling , Add intelligence as time of day, seasonality etc. Connectivity via an app could be useful .
Input assumptions :
- Temp sensors (internal)
- Temp sensors (external )
- RH sensor
Output assumptions :
- Ventilation Fans Group A
- Ventilation Fans Group B
- PUMPS (Spray cooling )
The Spray cooling and Fan ventilation
- One screen for the Spray cooling and Fan ventilation : (split Spray and Fans recommended)
- We can operate fans only without spray or part from fans only according to climate
- Monitor the Temperature and/or THI and status of the Cow Cooling system so I know my animals are comfortable for an optimum performance
- Recieve messages in case of alarms/warnings
CIRCULATION FANS
The primary use of large circulation fans in livestock housing is to provide comfort cooling to the animals. For this very purpose, the MFS fan series is designed to provide the maximum cooling footprint at animal level, and The high rotation speed provides the maximum cooling capacity with low electricity consumption.

Airspeed Footprint
The airspeed footprint is defined as the area in which the average airspeed exceeds 2m/s. The airspeed is measured at a level 1m above the ground when the bottom of the fan is mounted 2.7m above the level of the ground. Measurements were taken in an empty room. Actual airspeed might be influenced by objects such as animals and structural elements. The area of footprint is different and depends on the power of fan and installation angle .
