In a previous review of the Photostitch plugin for Lightroom, I commented on the plug-in’s inability to use a recent Photoshop CC update. I had to be creative to make it work, but now it does work. I tested it with a small folder of images and was able to stitch a very large panorama. I created the panorama in Photoshop CC 2019, and created the stitches in Lightroom. I didn’t have any issues. On the other hand, I had a couple of Photoshop CC 2019 panoramas whose photos I was unable to stitch because, as the program said the photos did not have the right files created and exported when I switched back to LR 2018. Even though I was able to open the images in Photoshop CC so I could save them, I was unable to create a new file at that time. I don’t know if this is a bug or if this is intentional behavior. I have not filed a bug report for this as I am not sure what to do.

Hello Louis,My experience with AI has been better than with the competitor. The AI stepped up a notch over it’s pre-CS5 predecessors, and now even these preeminent competitors like Adobe are catching up, and able to compete ( even if some of us prefer Lightroom over PS for it’s AI there’s no argument here). In fact, some users are upset with the AI in AI on the release of CS6 in that it’s allegedly not as “smart as usual”. Hardly any of us use PS because of the AI. Yet when a release of AI arrives, PS users start to see those repeatedly used tags, even of PS presets that have been used for at least 3 lives, further enhanced and automated. You ask in your question how to select the AI and in the top left corner view ( where most of us prefer PS) it looks as if you’ve been playing pickup stick on your desktop ( or maybe in your brain) for the last few years. The AI was hidden before CS5, and improved in CS5 to CS6. As of CS6, it is where it should have been all along in PS – probably in the top 2-3 rd rows of the search button.
