During the keynote it’s clear that the new versions of Photoshop are focused on taking things to new heights with more visualization and natural UI tweaks. The new filters and the new Sensei powered filters are the first to take advantage of these new APIs. This will help Adobe to bring more modern and progressive visual effects in the traditional tool like graduated filter and various other filters. The goal of Adobe World Wide Wait, an initiative launched in 2016 to offer a scoring system for products in real-time, was to evaluate Adobe’s responsiveness to user needs, as well as to recognize industry leaders in innovation. Photoshop was rated with an overall score of just 18%. As Photoshop CC is a newer version of Photoshop, it’s score is much higher than that of Photoshop CS6. With the upgrade to the newer APIs, it’s going to get even better.

In response to this challenge, we’ve made it clear that we’ll no longer support Lightroom 5.7, which means that we’re not planning on releasing further updates for Lightroom or Photoshop.
