Hi Eric – any idea what this error means? I am trying to open photoshop and it only gives the error “bw_hint_wq_black_scr_canvas.dwt” – I can’t figure out if it’s a safe to use it or if it’s a corrupted file. Any idea?

I would love to be able to merge these layers at some point, but I am too poor to buy two software products. Ever since I discovered this software, I have constantly been searching just like I was searching to find the secret to repeatable Nirvana. I just wish it were a little more user friendly and more reasonably priced.

I especially liked your comment “Sure, Lightroom is cool, but it has a tough learning curve and doesn’t offer much to beginners.” – I am new to photography and I need to open my shots for small adjustments but they will be used for things like class blogs and board presentations.
