Nel 10 episodio è integrata la serie finale.

The series began on 1 October 2004 and was originally broadcast on ABC every Monday at 10:00 AM EST. The series ended on 20 May 2012, an error in scheduling, because Desperate Housewives always returns to ABC for the summer. On 14 December 2012, the ninth and final season began airing. The first half of the season consisted of eight episodes. The eighth and final season aired a second time from October 1 to November 30, 2013. The whole series has been released for the first time on DVD retail on 2 November 2004, by Buena Vista Home Entertainment, and has since been released on DVD on a quarterly basis which were released mainly in the United States but also in other regions and countries.
