In a conventional stencil printing machine, upon the printing operation of a stencil master on a printing paper by a printing head, when the printing paper is pulled out, the surface of the stencil master is separated from the surface of the base foil, and therefore, there is a fear of drying and fixing of ink on the surface of the base foil. There is also a fear that if the printing paper is stored in the printing machine, the ink formed in the printing section may spread. Conventionally, there has been employed a system wherein the base foil is made to pass through the printing section after the stencil master is mounted on the printing head, and ink is then fixed.
